Neodymium is a rare earth element, that when combined with iron and boron, creates a very powerful magnet (NdFeB).

All Neodymium Magnets are nickel plated to create an attractive and anti corrosion finish.

With many size options to consider they provide an attractive and extremely strong product with a vast range of applications. Neodymium magnets are used in applications such as product closures (e.g. presentation boxes), point of sales displays to hold them in place, to more bespoke applications such as holding closed sunbed doors.

How can YOU use them? As a precaution, it is not recommended that anyone with a pacemaker (or similar medical device) or anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy handle magnets. If in any doubt, consult your medical practitioner first. They have also been known to interfere with sensitive electronic equipment so it is advisable to keep them a safe distance away from equipment like computers, credit cards etc. It goes without saying that these are strong and can cause pinch injuries therefore handle with extreme care and keep away from children – They are NOT toys. If ingested, medical attention must be sought immediately. As they are sintered (compressed powder) they are also liable to shatter if they are smashed together or dropped.
