The Pop-Up system is by far the most popular portable display format for customers who demand convenience, simplicity, low weight and versatility. A key element of the most commercially successful pop-up systems is magnetism. The speed of assembly and the positioning accuracy of the graphics owe much to the dedicated polarity of the Magnetic Tape, both on the panels and on the frame.The accuracy of our dedicated 'magnet-to-magnet' process ensures that your customers achieve perfect graphic alignment every time.

Part of our production process is the magnetisation and, for most pop-ups, it is as per Fig 1 (Mag A to Mag B).

Pop-up panels can be heavily plasticised resulting in poor bonding and adhesive failure. Anchor Magnets guarantee there are no plasticizers in our Magnetic Tapes and we recommend the use of TESA Premium Adhesive (an adhesive with plasticizer barriers) for bonding on to panels.

WARNING: There are a number of Chinese supplied adhesives which are being offered as "Premium" Adhesives and have been supplied with a very similar coloured release liner! If in doubt please contact Anchor Magnets for clarification. In tests performed by TESA they have been shown to be generally 40% less affective in adhesion, sheer and resistance to temperature.
